1. Scope & contracting parties

4. No competing products / no model training

5. Feed marking (canaries)
   Placeholder: customer is informed that feeds may contain unique marking entries for licence enforcement.
6. Suspension without refund on breach
   Placeholder: right to suspend access on material licence breach without refund.
7. Support, SLA, data residency
   Placeholder: plan-dependent support; Enterprise SLA and AT/EU residency commitments.
8. Price indexation & multi-year terms
